This breaker is designed to install into Eaton Series C panelboards, switchboards, and motor control centers.
Can the Eaton EHD3010 replace older Cutler-Hammer or Westinghouse EHD breakers?
Yes. Eaton acquired the Cutler-Hammer and Westinghouse distribution equipment lines. The Eaton EHD3010 is a direct, drop-in replacement for legacy Cutler-Hammer and Westinghouse breakers sharing the EHD3010 catalog number.
What is the difference between the EHD3010 and the FD3010 or HFD3010?
All three are Series C, F-frame breakers with identical physical dimensions and mounting. The difference is their interrupting capacity. The EHD series provides standard interrupting ratings, while the FD and HFD series offer progressively higher interrupting capacities for systems with higher available fault currents.
Is the EHD3010 suitable for reverse feed applications?
Yes. This thermal-magnetic breaker is not marked with line and load restrictions, making it suitable for reverse feed installations.
Can the EHD3010 be mounted on a standard DIN rail?
Not natively. The EHD3010 is a bolt-on breaker designed for direct bus or panel mounting. Installing it on a DIN rail requires a separate Eaton F-frame DIN rail adapter.
Does the EHD3010 provide ground fault or arc fault protection?
No. The EHD3010 is a standard thermal-magnetic breaker that provides overload and short-circuit protection. It does not include equipment ground fault protection or arc fault circuit interruption.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
