This Frame 2 Power Defense breaker is designed for use in Eaton Power Defense panelboards and legacy Eaton Series C panelboards. When retrofitting into older legacy assemblies, UL requires the installation of new Pow-R-Line Xpert connector kits.
Are legacy Series C accessories compatible with this Power Defense breaker?
While Frame 2 Power Defense breakers can share terminal lugs with legacy Series C F-frame breakers, most external accessories are not interchangeable. Items like handle mechanisms and covers will not fit due to differences in the breaker faceplates.
