This bolt-on breaker is designed to install directly into legacy Federal Pacific NB and NBLP commercial panelboards without requiring aftermarket adapters.
Is there a modern replacement available for the Federal Pacific NB125H?
The Connecticut Electric UBIF2125NB is a modern substitute that fits the same panels. However, the UBIF2125NB has a 10kAIC rating, whereas the original NB125H features a higher 22kAIC interrupting rating. You must verify that a 10kAIC rating meets your facility fault current requirements before substituting.
What wire sizes and materials are accepted by the lugs on this breaker?
The load side lugs accept aluminum or copper wire ranging from 1 AWG to 3/0 AWG.
Are Federal Pacific NB series breakers considered Stab-Lok?
No. The NB series consists of commercial bolt-on molded case circuit breakers. They are distinct from the residential Stab-Lok plug-on breakers that have been the subject of widespread safety concerns.

Expedited Shipments
