What wire gauge range is supported by the NE224050 terminals?
The integrated lugs on this 50A breaker accommodate conductors ranging from 14 AWG to 2 AWG.
What is a direct replacement or cross-reference for the NE224050?

Is the NE224050 part of the Federal Pacific Stab-Lok series?
No. The NE224050 is an NE frame commercial bolt-on breaker. It is completely different from the plug-on Stab-Lok breakers commonly found in older residential FPE load centers and cannot be used as a replacement for them.
What trip functions are included in the NE224050 thermal-magnetic breaker?

How is the NE224050 secured inside the panelboard?
This breaker utilizes a bolt-on connection. It must be mechanically fastened to the busbar of a compatible Federal Pacific NE panelboard using screws, ensuring a secure and reliable contact for commercial applications.
