Maintaining power continuity in older facilities, this 50A thermal-magnetic breaker provides essential long-time and instantaneous trip protection. It fastens securely into Federal Pacific NEF series panelboards, giving contractors a reliable drop-in solution for maintaining existing electrical infrastructure. Featuring a fixed trip mechanism and an 18kAIC rating at 240VAC, the breaker is HACR rated for HVAC equipment and approved for reverse feed installations.
The NEF425050 is an exact-fit, bolt-on replacement for legacy Federal Pacific NEF series panelboards. It can also be mounted in CDP panelboards when paired with the correct twin mounting hardware kit.
Is the NEF425050 suitable for reverse feed applications?
Yes, this breaker supports reverse feed setups, allowing it to be back-fed when required by your specific distribution system design.
What is the DC interrupting rating for this breaker?

Great service & pricing
Superbreakers did a great job for us. We called and asked if the breakers were actually in their possession. Withing 30 minutes they called us back (which is rare these days), and we got our breakers the next morning.
