This bolt-on breaker is designed specifically for GE A-Series panelboards and ReliaGear lighting panelboards. It will not fit in standard residential plug-on load centers.
Can the THHQB1150 replace a standard THQB1150 breaker?
Yes. Both the THHQB and THQB series share the same 1-inch wide Q-Line frame and bolt-on mounting configuration. The THHQB1150 provides a higher interrupting rating of 22kAIC, compared to the 10kAIC rating of the standard THQB1150, making it a direct upgrade for higher fault current applications.
What is the lug tightening torque for this 50-amp breaker?
The required torque depends on the wire size used. Torque 8 AWG wire to 40 in-lb, 6 AWG to 4 AWG wire to 45 in-lb, and 3 AWG wire to 50 in-lb.
Is the THHQB1150 suitable for HVAC applications?

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
