Description
A drop-in replacement for aging commercial systems, the Siemens HJ3B150 is a 3-pole, 150A molded case circuit breaker designed for industrial applications. It provides reliable thermal-magnetic protection with an interchangeable trip unit. This legacy breaker installs into Siemens P4 and P5 panelboards. Are terminal lugs included with the HJ3B150 breaker?
No, terminal lugs are not included with this unit. You will need to source the appropriate lug kits separately to terminate 4 AWG to 300 kcmil aluminum or copper conductors.
Can the trip settings be adjusted on the HJ3B150?
Yes, this breaker features an interchangeable thermal-magnetic trip unit. While the thermal, or long-time, overload protection is fixed, the magnetic, or instantaneous, short-circuit protection is adjustable to suit your specific application.
What does the LI trip function indicate on this Siemens breaker?
The LI code stands for Long-Time and Instantaneous trip functions. Long-Time provides delayed tripping for standard overloads, while Instantaneous offers immediate tripping during severe short circuits.
Can the trip unit be swapped out on the HJ3B150?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
