This bolt-on circuit breaker is compatible with Siemens P4 and P5 panelboards, SB switchboards, motor control centers, and legacy ITE FC-1 enclosures.
What is the modern replacement for the legacy ITE JL3T070?
The ITE JL series is a legacy frame that is no longer in active production. For modern panel upgrades or replacements, the Siemens JD frame is the direct substitute. A 70-amp, 3-pole JD frame breaker can be used in place of the JL3T070.
What is the interrupting capacity (AIC) for the JL frame?
The JL frame provides a maximum interrupting rating of 65 kA at 240V, 35 kA at 480V, and 25 kA at 600V. Always verify that the available fault current at your installation point does not exceed these limits.
Is the trip unit on the JL3T070 interchangeable?
Yes, the JL frame features an interchangeable trip unit design. The 70-amp thermal-magnetic trip unit can be removed and replaced with other JL class trip units up to the 400-amp frame maximum if load requirements change.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
