No. The BGA34110Y features an I-Line style plug-in connection designed specifically for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It is not a unit-mount or DIN-rail mountable breaker.
Does this breaker come with lugs installed?
Yes, the BGA34110Y comes with factory-installed mechanical lugs on the load side that accept 14 AWG to 2/0 AWG aluminum or copper wire. The line side features the integral I-Line plug-on connection.
Does this breaker have an adjustable trip unit?
No, the BGA34110Y is equipped with a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit. It provides non-adjustable overload and instantaneous short-circuit protection.
Can I run this breaker at 100 percent of its 110A rating continuously?
No. Per the National Electrical Code (NEC), standard thermal-magnetic circuit breakers like the BGA34110Y are rated for 80 percent continuous operation. Continuous loads should not exceed 88 amps.
How does the I-Line connection perform during a short circuit?
I-Line circuit breakers use blow-on type line side connectors. In the event of a short circuit, the increased magnetic flux causes the plug-on connectors to tighten their grip on the panelboard busbars, ensuring a secure connection.
What is the standard calibration temperature for the thermal trip unit?
The thermal trip unit in PowerPacT B-frame circuit breakers is calibrated for a 40 degrees C (104 degrees F) free air ambient temperature. For temperatures higher than this inside the enclosure, the device must be derated.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
