The Siemens 49AB01 Auxiliary Contact Kit can be used to replace auxiliary contacts in starters and contactors. This 1 NC (Normally Closed) Extra Late Break field modification kit meets NEMA standards and works reliably in critical scenarios. In electrical circuits where relay is used to switch high electrical power, the 49AB01 can be introduced for smooth operation of the device. As large amount of current flows through the circuits in reduced voltage and lighting applications, the contactors are susceptible to damage. Using a worn-out contactor may result in electrical faults, which may incur heavy damage on the connected devices.
