It mounts into standard Siemens P2 and P3 series distribution panelboards and commercial switchboards configured for bolt-on E-Frame breakers.
Is there a newer catalog number for the E41B020?
Yes. The E41B020 is a legacy E-Frame model. Siemens has superseded it with the ED41B020, which serves as the modern direct replacement for new installations.
Are the terminal lugs rated for aluminum wiring?
Yes, the factory-installed lugs are dual-rated for both copper and aluminum conductors. You can safely terminate 12 AWG to 10 AWG aluminum wire, or 14 AWG to 10 AWG copper wire.
Can this breaker protect direct current circuits?
Yes, in addition to standard AC applications, this thermal magnetic breaker is fully rated for 125VDC systems and delivers a 30kA interrupting capacity for direct current faults.
Are the thermal and magnetic trip thresholds field adjustable?
No. This breaker is built with fixed long-time and instantaneous trip characteristics. The overcurrent and short-circuit response curves cannot be modified.
Does this unit mount on a standard DIN rail?
No. This is a strictly bolt-on molded case circuit breaker designed to secure directly to the busbars of a compatible panelboard or switchboard. It does not support DIN rail installation.
Does this breaker include ground fault or arc fault protection?
No. This is a standard thermal magnetic breaker providing basic overload and short-circuit protection. It does not contain equipment ground fault or arc fault circuitry.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
