This breaker is specifically designed for legacy ITE, Bulldog, and Siemens Pushmatic load centers. It will not fit standard plug-on or modern bolt-on panels from other product lines.
What are the direct replacements for the P1520?
The Siemens P1520 directly replaces older ITE and Bulldog Pushmatic breakers with the exact same P1520 catalog number. It also serves as a replacement for the UBIP1520 aftermarket substitute.
Can this tandem breaker be installed in any Pushmatic panel slot?
No. Because it is a tandem breaker providing two independent circuits in a single space, it must be installed in a panel slot that is rated to accept tandem configurations.
Does the P1520 provide a 240V circuit?
No. Although it provides two separate circuits (one 15A and one 20A), it is a tandem breaker that occupies a single pole space on the bus. It provides two independent 120V circuits on the same phase, not a single 240V circuit.
How do you manually operate the P1520 breaker?
It features the classic Pushmatic push-button actuation. Instead of a standard toggle switch, you push the button on the front of the breaker to engage or disengage the contacts.
Does the P1520 offer GFCI or AFCI protection?
No, this is a standard thermal-magnetic breaker providing overload and short-circuit protection. It does not include ground fault or arc fault circuitry.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments

I needed some filler plates for an older breaker panel. Not available at any retail places I could find, thankfully Superbreakers had them. A couple minor issues: they didn't include the size specifications (L x W x D) online, which would have helped confirm they were the right fit; and they included an unrelated picture (along with the right one).
But the online order processing was easy-to-use and had all the info needed (especially the shipping options/costs, and the return policy). They also stuck to their word about getting it out in 24 hours. It arrived via UPS Ground in a respectful 5 days. They of course fit the panel and all is well.
Overall, very pleased with the company.

This is the 4th time I have used SuperBreakers and have been happy with my purchase every time. I have an old style style system in my house and the company I was using told me the old style breakers were impossible to find and charged me $80 each.
