Yes, Siemens manufactures this breaker as a direct, UL listed replacement for the obsolete Murray MP220240CT2. It provides the exact same fit and function for legacy Murray panels.
What panel space is required to install this quadplex breaker?
The Q24020CT2 provides two separate double-pole circuits but requires only two standard 1-inch panel spaces. It must be installed on a section of the busbar notched for CTL rejection clips to prevent exceeding the maximum circuit capacity of the panel.
How does the common trip feature function on the Q24020CT2?
The CT2 designation indicates that both the 40A and 20A double-pole circuits have internal common trip mechanisms. If a fault occurs on one leg of a circuit, both legs of that specific circuit will trip simultaneously to safely disconnect power.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
