Description
A reliable component of the PowerPacT B-Frame lineup, the BDA260602 is a 60A, two-pole MCCB by Square D. It is designed to safeguard industrial electrical distribution systems using proven thermal-magnetic trip technology. Equipped with an I-Line mounting style, the unit easily plugs into compatible Square D panelboards. The BDA260602 is the modern PowerPacT B-frame replacement for legacy F-frame FA26060AC and FH26060AC I-Line circuit breakers. It fits into the same I-Line panelboard space while offering upgraded features.
Can I install this PowerPacT B-frame breaker in an older I-Line panelboard?
Yes. Schneider Electric has confirmed that PowerPacT B-frame I-Line circuit breakers are backwards compatible with existing and older Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards, provided the voltage and interrupting ratings meet your system requirements.
What does the "2" at the end of the BDA260602 catalog number indicate?
In Square D I-Line catalog numbers, the final digit specifies the phase connection. The "2" indicates an AC phase connection, meaning the breaker jaws will connect to the A and C bus bars in the panelboard.
What is the tightening torque for the load-side mechanical lugs?
For the accepted 14 to 10 AWG aluminum or copper wire, torque the lugs to 31.9 to 38.9 lb-in (3.6 to 4.4 N.m). For 8 to 2/0 AWG wire, apply 44.3 to 54.9 lb-in (5 to 6.2 N.m) of torque.
Does this breaker include a push-to-trip feature for testing?
Yes, all PowerPacT B-frame circuit breakers feature an integral push-to-trip button on the front cover. This allows electricians to manually trip the breaker and verify the mechanical operation of the trip mechanism.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
