No. The BDL36025 is a unit mount circuit breaker designed to be mounted via screws to a backpan or DIN rail. For I-Line panelboards, you need a BDA or BGA frame breaker equipped with an I-Line plug-on jaw.
What are the torque specifications for the lugs on the BDL36025?
For the factory-installed EverLink lugs, the tightening torque is 44.3 lb-in for 14 to 4 AWG wire, and 79.7 lb-in for 3 to 3/0 AWG wire.
Can the BDL36025 be reverse fed?
Yes. PowerPacT B-frame unit mount circuit breakers have sealed trip units and can be reverse fed from either the top or bottom without any reduction in performance.
What legacy Square D breaker does the BDL36025 replace?
The PowerPacT B-frame BDL36025 serves as the direct replacement for the legacy FAL36025 circuit breaker in standard switchboards and industrial control panels.
Does this breaker come with lugs installed?
Yes, the BDL36025 comes factory-equipped with EverLink creep-compensating mechanical lugs on both the line and load ends. These lugs accept 14 AWG to 3/0 AWG aluminum or copper wire.
Can I adjust the trip settings on this breaker?
No. The BDL36025 features a fixed thermal magnetic trip unit with preset long-time and instantaneous (LI) trip functions. The trip settings are not adjustable.
What is the purpose of the EverLink lugs on this breaker?
EverLink lugs feature creep compensation, which maintains a secure, low-resistance connection over time. This minimizes loose wiring caused by wire strand deformation, temperature changes, and vibration.
Is the BDL36025 rated for 100 percent continuous current?
No. Like most standard thermal magnetic circuit breakers, the BDL36025 is rated for 80 percent continuous current.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
