Description
Built for industrial control panels, the Square D BJL36090 is a 3-pole, 90A PowerPacT B-Frame circuit breaker. It utilizes thermal-magnetic technology to provide fixed LI overcurrent protection. Designed for flexible integration, this MCCB mounts onto standard back pans or DIN rails. It is an ideal substitute for legacy FCL36090 and FHL36090 units in existing enclosures. This unit mount PowerPact B-frame breaker can be installed directly onto a standard 35mm DIN rail using its integrated clips, or it can be screw-mounted to a traditional backpan.
What are the tightening torque specifications for the lugs on this breaker?
For the EverLink lugs, apply 44.3 lb-in of torque for 14 to 4 AWG wire, and 79.7 lb-in of torque for 3 to 3/0 AWG wire.
Does the PowerPact B-frame replace any older Square D breakers?
Yes, PowerPact B-frame circuit breakers are the official replacement for legacy Square D FA, FH, FAL, and FHL series breakers. They maintain the same 1.5 inch per pole width to simplify retrofitting.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
