The correct terminal tightening torque depends on the wire size. Torque 14 to 10 AWG conductors to 34.5 lb-in (3.9 Nm) and 8 to 2/0 AWG conductors to 49.6 lb-in (5.6 Nm).
Are there 110A Square D E-Frame breakers available with different interrupting ratings?
Yes. While the EGB34110 offers a 35kAIC rating at 480Y/277VAC, you can substitute the EDB34110 for applications requiring a standard 18kAIC or the EJB34110 for applications needing a high interrupting capacity of 65kAIC at the same voltage.
Can the EGB34110 be installed in standard NQ or I-Line panelboards?
No. The EGB34110 is an E-Frame bolt-on breaker engineered specifically for Square D NF series panelboards. It will not physically fit or mount correctly in NQ or I-Line panels.
Is the EGB34110 rated for use on straight 480V ungrounded delta systems?
No. This breaker carries a 480Y/277VAC rating, meaning it is designed exclusively for solidly grounded wye electrical systems. It is not rated to be used safely on ungrounded or corner-grounded straight 480V delta configurations.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
