The FHL36090 is a legacy F-Frame circuit breaker. Schneider Electric has designated the PowerPact B-Frame series as the modern replacement for 15 to 125A F-Frame applications.
Can the FHL36090 be reverse fed?
Yes. Because this thermal magnetic breaker does not have dedicated Line and Load markings, it can be reverse fed for supply side applications.
What does the H in the FHL prefix indicate?
In Square D legacy F-Frame nomenclature, the H indicates a high interrupting capacity. The FHL36090 provides up to 65kAIC at 240VAC and 25kAIC at 480VAC, which is higher than standard FAL breakers.
What size wire is accepted by the FHL36090 lugs?
