Description
Built for robust industrial applications, the Square D HDA260801 is an 80A, 2-pole molded case circuit breaker. As part of the PowerPact H-frame series, it delivers reliable thermal-magnetic protection for 600VAC systems. This breaker mounts into Square D I-Line panelboards. Featuring an AB phase connection, it is the modernized replacement for the discontinued FA26080AB. This breaker is designed exclusively for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It features an I-Line style plug-in connection on the line side and cannot be used in standard unit-mount applications.
Can I install this breaker in a standard QO or NQ panelboard?
No. The HDA260801 is a PowerPacT H-frame breaker with an I-Line plug-in mounting style. It will not fit in QO, NQ, or NF panelboards.
What does the number 1 at the end of the HDA260801 catalog number indicate?
The number 1 specifies an AB phase connection for the I-Line plug-in mounting bus.
What wire sizes and materials are accepted by the load side lugs?
The factory-installed mechanical lugs accept 14 AWG to 3/0 AWG aluminum or copper conductors.
Is the trip unit on the HDA260801 adjustable?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
