The PowerPacT H-frame HJA36025 is a direct modern replacement for legacy Square D FA36025 and FH36025 circuit breakers.
What are the magnetic hold and trip currents for the HJA36025?
The factory-fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit features a magnetic hold current of 350A and a magnetic trip current of 750A.
Is this circuit breaker rated for 80 percent or 100 percent continuous current?
The HJA36025 is standard rated for 80 percent continuous duty.
What is the required tightening torque and tool size for the load-side lugs?
The included AL150HD mechanical lugs require a 3/16-inch hex wrench. Torque the wire binding screws to 50 in-lbs for 14-10 AWG wire, and 120 in-lbs for 8-3/0 AWG wire.
Can the HJA36025 be installed in Square D NQ or NF panelboards?
No. This breaker utilizes an I-Line style plug-on connection for the line side and is exclusively compatible with Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards.
Can field-installable internal accessories be added to this breaker?
Yes, the PowerPacT H-frame design includes accessory pockets beneath the front cover for field installation of auxiliary contacts, alarm switches, shunt trips, and undervoltage releases.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
