How does the LI trip unit function on the KHL36070?
The LI (Long-Time and Instantaneous) thermal magnetic trip unit provides two layers of protection. The fixed thermal element (Long-Time) prevents damage from sustained overcurrents. The adjustable magnetic element (Instantaneous) trips immediately during a short circuit, and its threshold can be dialed in by an electrician to coordinate with other protective devices in the system.
Can I install the KHL36070 in an I-Line panelboard?
No, the KHL36070 is a unit mount circuit breaker and does not have the plug-on jaw connectors required for I-Line panelboards. You must use an I-Line specific breaker for those applications.
Is the KHL36070 still actively manufactured by Square D?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
