The "CP" suffix simply indicates Consumer Packaging. The breaker inside the blister pack is the exact same QO1515 non-CTL tandem circuit breaker.
What is the difference between the QO1515 and QOT1515 tandem breakers?
The QO1515 is a non-CTL (Circuit Total Limiting) breaker designed for older QO load centers built before 1967 that lack notched bus bars. The QOT1515 is a CTL breaker featuring a rejection clip, designed for newer panels that restrict the placement of tandem breakers.
Can the two circuits on this tandem breaker share a neutral wire?
No. Because both 15A circuits on a tandem breaker draw power from the same phase, they cannot share a neutral in a multi-wire branch circuit (MWBC). Sharing a neutral in this configuration will overload the conductor. Each circuit must have its own dedicated neutral wire.
Will this breaker fit in a Square D Homeline load center?
No. Square D QO and Homeline series breakers are not interchangeable. This breaker is exclusively for use in compatible QO load centers.
How much panel space does the QO1515CP require?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
