The QOB215EPD is an Equipment Protection Device (EPD) that trips at a 30mA ground fault threshold to protect machinery and equipment, such as heat trace cables. Standard GFCI (or GFI) breakers trip at a 5mA threshold to provide personnel protection.
Can I install the QOB215EPD in a standard QO residential load center?
No. The QOB215EPD features a bolt-on mounting design intended for commercial NQ and NQOD panelboards. Standard QO load centers require plug-on breakers.
How is the neutral connection made for this breaker?
