The SDT240 is designed exclusively for use in legacy Square D Trilliant load centers. It will not fit standard Square D QO or Homeline panels.
Is the Square D Trilliant SDT240 breaker still manufactured?
No, the Square D Trilliant product line and its SDT breakers are obsolete and no longer manufactured by Schneider Electric. Exact replacements are sourced to maintain existing Trilliant enclosures.
Can I substitute a Homeline or QO breaker for the SDT240 in a Trilliant panel?
No. Square D Homeline and QO breakers have different physical dimensions and mounting mechanisms. Only Trilliant SDT series breakers will safely fit and connect to a Trilliant load center busbar.
How can I identify if the SDT240 has tripped?
This breaker features a Visi-Trip indicator flag that provides a clear visual confirmation when the breaker has tripped due to an overload or short circuit, simplifying troubleshooting in the panel.

Shipping
Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
