Is the Westinghouse G3070 interchangeable with Eaton breakers?
Yes. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse electrical distribution line. The G3070 is now part of the Eaton Series C family and serves as a direct replacement for older Westinghouse G-frame breakers without requiring enclosure upgrades.
Does the G3070 require line-side lugs for installation?
No. Because the G3070 is a bolt-on breaker, the line side fastens directly to the panelboard busbars. It comes complete with load-side lug terminals for the outgoing circuit.
What are the interrupting capacity (AIC) limits for the G3070 across different voltages?
The G3070 provides up to 18kA interrupting capacity at 240VAC. For higher voltage systems, it is rated at 14kA at 480VAC, 10kA at 600VAC, and 14kA at 250VDC.
What type of protection does the G3070 trip unit provide?
It utilizes a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit that provides long-time (thermal) protection against overloads and instantaneous (magnetic) protection against short circuits.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
