This three-pole, 100-amp unit features a bolt-on mounting configuration designed for older infrastructure. The EB3100 is a bolt-on circuit breaker designed specifically for Eaton Pow-R-Line C and legacy Westinghouse panelboards.
Is the Westinghouse EB3100 still in active production?
The original Westinghouse EB series is obsolete. Eaton produces the F-frame EHD3100 as the modern, direct cross-reference replacement, which mounts into the same legacy panel spaces.
Can this breaker be used in direct current (DC) systems?
Yes, the EB3100 carries a direct current rating of 5kA at 250VDC. Manufacturer specifications dictate that this DC rating applies strictly to substantially non-inductive circuits.
Are the trip settings on the EB3100 adjustable?
No, this breaker features a standard thermal-magnetic trip unit with fixed long-time and instantaneous (LI) functions. The overload and short-circuit trip points are factory-set and cannot be adjusted in the field.
Does the EB3100 fit into plug-on load centers?
No, the EB3100 is strictly a bolt-on circuit breaker intended for commercial distribution panels. It must be bolted directly to the bus bars and will not fit in standard plug-on residential load centers.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
