The BRWH220 is a specialized water heater circuit breaker that features isolated line terminals instead of standard busbar connections. This allows the water heater circuit to be powered and monitored by a completely separate utility meter.
Are Eaton, Cutler-Hammer, and Bryant BRWH220 breakers the same?
Yes. Eaton acquired the Cutler-Hammer and Bryant brands. A BRWH220 breaker is the exact same physical component and is fully interchangeable regardless of which of these three brand names appears on the factory label.
How much panel space does the BRWH220 require?
This 2-pole breaker requires two standard 1-inch spaces in an Eaton or Cutler-Hammer Type BR load center.
Does the BRWH220 include arc fault or ground fault protection?
No. This unit provides standard thermal-magnetic protection with long-time and instantaneous trip functions. It does not contain AFCI or GFCI circuitry.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
