Can I use this to replace a legacy Westinghouse or Cutler-Hammer FD2035?
Yes. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse and Cutler-Hammer circuit breaker lines. A modern Eaton FD2035 is a direct, drop-in replacement for older breakers bearing the same catalog number from those legacy brands.
How does the FD series differ from the FDC series?
The primary difference is the interrupting capacity. The FD series offers a high interrupting rating, while the FDC series provides an extra-high interrupting rating for systems with higher available fault currents.
What wire sizes are accepted by the standard lugs on this breaker?
The standard factory-installed lugs accept wire gauges from 14 AWG up to 1/0 AWG. The terminals are rated for both copper and aluminum conductors.
Can this breaker be used in direct current (DC) systems?
Yes, it is rated for use in DC applications up to 250VDC, where it provides an interrupting capacity of 10kA.
Does this breaker include ground fault or arc fault protection?
No. This is a standard thermal-magnetic breaker equipped with fixed long-time and instantaneous trip functions. It does not provide GFCI or AFCI protection.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments

The breaker we purchased was as advertised. The breaker fit perfectly. We purchased reconditioned breaker and it seems to be working properly, accordingly to the golf course maintenance team that supervises the irrigation system.
Next day shipping came quickly even though the 4th of July was coming.
I wish it came with new installations hardware but that isn’t a deal breaker.
