ABB acquired GE Industrial Solutions in 2018. Spectra RMS series breakers may feature either ABB or GE branding depending on the production date, but the physical dimensions, mounting, and internal components remain identical.
Does this Spectra RMS breaker require a rating plug?
Yes. The SGLA36AT4400C requires a front-mounted, interchangeable rating plug to establish the continuous ampere rating. For a full 400A rating on this SG frame, an SRPG400A400 rating plug is required.
What protection parameters can be adjusted on the LSI trip unit?
The solid-state electronic trip unit allows electricians to configure Long-Time pickup and delay for overloads, Short-Time pickup and delay for downstream coordination, and Instantaneous pickup for immediate short-circuit clearing.
Can the SGLA36AT4400C be used in reverse-feed applications?
Yes. Spectra RMS molded case circuit breakers do not have line or load restrictions, allowing them to be safely reverse-fed in compatible panels or switchboards.

What are the wire capacity limits for the standard lugs on this breaker?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
