Is the Siemens G3B050 the same as the ITE G3B050?
Yes. Siemens acquired ITE and continued manufacturing these breakers under the same catalog numbers. A breaker labeled either Siemens or ITE with the G3B050 part number is the exact same physical and electrical component.
What wire sizes are accepted by the lugs on the G3B050?
The factory-installed lugs accept wire gauges from 8 AWG up to 1/0 AWG. You can use either copper or aluminum conductors.
Is the G3B050 rated for direct current (DC) systems?
Yes, this thermal-magnetic breaker is rated for DC applications up to 250VDC, providing an interrupting capacity of 14kA at that voltage.
What is the interrupting capacity of this breaker in a 480V system?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
