This bolt-on breaker is designed specifically for use in Square D NF series panelboards. It mounts directly to the panel busbar using bolted connections.
Can the EJB24100 replace EDB24100 or EGB24100 breakers?
Yes, the EJB24100 shares the same physical dimensions and mounting footprint as the EDB and EGB series. It can be used as a direct replacement or upgrade, offering a higher interrupting rating of 65kA at 480Y/277VAC compared to the 18kA of the EDB and 35kA of the EGB.
What type of wire and gauge is accepted by the EJB24100 terminals?
The factory-installed lugs accept both copper and aluminum conductors. The supported wire range is 14 to 2/0 AWG for copper wire, and 12 to 2/0 AWG for aluminum wire.
What does the 480Y/277VAC voltage rating mean for this 2-pole breaker?
This rating indicates the breaker is intended for use on solidly grounded wye systems where the line-to-ground voltage does not exceed 277V, and the line-to-line voltage does not exceed 480V. It is not suitable for 480V ungrounded delta systems.
What safety precautions are required when installing this bolt-on breaker?
Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. The NF panelboard must be completely de-energized before bolting the breaker to the busbar to prevent arc flash and shock hazards. Always verify power is off using a properly rated voltage sensing device.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
