This breaker is designed specifically for Square D NF series merchandised panelboards. It features a bolt-on connection and will not fit NQ or I-Line panelboards.
What is the difference between Square D EDB, EGB, and EJB circuit breakers?
They share the identical E-frame physical dimensions and fit the exact same NF panelboards, but differ in their maximum interrupting capacity at 480Y/277VAC. The EDB series is rated for 18kA, EGB is rated for 35kA, and the EJB series is the highest tier at 65kA.
Can the EJB34100 be used to replace an EDB34100 or EGB34100?
Yes. Because the EJB34100 has a higher interrupting rating but the exact same physical footprint, it serves as a safe, direct drop-in replacement or upgrade for the lower-rated EDB and EGB 100-amp 3-pole breakers.
Is the EJB34100 HACR rated?
Yes, this E-frame breaker is HACR rated. It is suitable for protecting group motor applications in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment according to UL 489 standards.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
