The FAL22100 is a legacy F-Frame circuit breaker. For new installations and retrofits, Schneider Electric has designated the PowerPact B-Frame series as the modern replacement for 15A to 125A F-Frame applications.
Can the FAL22100 be installed in an I-Line panelboard?
No. The FAL22100 is a unit-mount, feed-thru circuit breaker that uses lug connections on both the line and load sides. It lacks the plug-on jaw required for I-Line distribution panels. For I-Line applications, an FA, FH, or FC frame breaker is required.
What lug kit is used on the FAL22100, and what are the conductor limits?
This 100A breaker typically utilizes the AL100FA lug kit. These lugs accept 14 to 1/0 AWG copper (Cu) or 12 to 1/0 AWG aluminum (Al) conductors.

Expedited Shipments
