The EH14030 is designed exclusively for legacy Square D NEHB panelboards. It will not fit in modern NF series panelboards, which require EDB style breakers.
What is the difference between the EH14030 and the EHB14030?
Both are 30-amp, single-pole breakers for NEHB panelboards. The EH14030 utilizes a plug-on mounting style, while the EHB14030 is the bolt-on equivalent. They are interchangeable within the same NEHB panelboard depending on your connection preference.
Can I use an EDB14030 to replace a failed EH14030?
No. The EDB14030 is the modern replacement series, but it is built for Square D NF panelboards. It will not physically mount into an older NEHB panelboard. You must source an EH or EHB series breaker to maintain your existing NEHB infrastructure.
What wire sizes are compatible with the EH14030 terminals?
The breaker lugs accept 14 to 8 AWG copper wire or 12 to 8 AWG aluminum wire. Always ensure the wire gauge matches the 30-amp circuit requirements and is torqued to the manufacturer specifications.
Is the EH14030 breaker HACR rated for HVAC applications?
Yes, this breaker is HACR rated. It can be safely used to protect heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment that requires a 30-amp, 277VAC single-phase supply.
How does the EH14030 indicate a tripped condition?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
