What is the difference between Square D EDB, EGB, and EJB breakers?
These are all E-frame breakers for NF panelboards, but they feature different interrupting ratings. At 480Y/277VAC, the EDB is rated for 18kAIC, the EGB for 35kAIC, and the EJB provides the highest tier of protection at 65kAIC.
Can the EJB36030 be used on a straight 600V delta system?
No. The EJB36030 has a slash voltage rating of 600Y/347VAC. It is only approved for use on solidly grounded wye systems where the line-to-ground voltage does not exceed 347V.
How does the EJB36030 mount into the panelboard?
This is a bolt-on circuit breaker. It secures directly to the busbars of a Square D NF panelboard using mounting screws, providing a rigid and reliable connection for commercial and industrial applications.

Expedited Shipments
