This breaker is specifically designed for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It cannot be installed in standard load centers or NQ/NF series panels.
What is the modern replacement for the obsolete Q222125H?
The Q222125H is a legacy Q2 series breaker. Facilities upgrading their infrastructure can replace it with the newer PowerPact Q-frame series, specifically the QDA22125, which maintains the 2-pole, 125A rating and I-Line mounting while offering a slightly higher 25kA interrupting rating.
How does the Q222125H mount into an I-Line panelboard?
It features an I-Line mounting style, utilizing plug-on jaws that grip the panelboard bus bars directly on the line side. The load side uses standard mechanical lugs for branch wire termination.
What wire sizes and materials are accepted by the Q222125H lugs?
