The CH150 is designed exclusively for use in Eaton and Cutler-Hammer CH series load centers. It is not compatible with BR series or other manufacturer panels.
How much panel space does the CH150 require?
This breaker requires a single 3/4-inch space in a CH series load center. CH breakers are narrower than standard 1-inch breakers.
Is the Eaton CH150 the same as a Cutler-Hammer CH150?
Yes. Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer and continues to manufacture the CH series to the exact same specifications. An Eaton CH150 is a direct, code-compliant replacement for a legacy Cutler-Hammer CH150.
Can I install this CH series breaker in an Eaton BR load center?
No. Eaton CH breakers have a 3/4-inch width per pole and a different bus bar connection than BR breakers, which are 1-inch wide. They are not interchangeable.
What type of wire can be used with the CH150 box lugs?
The box lugs on this breaker accept both copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) conductors ranging from 14 AWG to 2 AWG.
Does the CH150 provide GFCI or AFCI protection?
No. This is a standard thermal-magnetic circuit breaker providing overload and short-circuit protection. It does not include ground-fault or arc-fault circuitry.
What does the LI trip function indicate on the CH150?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping

When our main breaker frizzed out, the option we were presented with was replacing the entire panel and service due to the type and part - no longer produced for replacement parts. It would be a $6500 replacement.
We'll likely have to do it at some point but, for now, the replacement breaker we were able to source from Superbreakers (with a $25 warranty) was $5900 less expensive. installation ran a few hundred dollars and the tech said the part looked to be in excellent condition and was prepped for install as he would have hoped.
