Description
Built for industrial environments, the Eaton HFD3025L delivers reliable long-time and instantaneous (LI) thermal-magnetic protection. This 3-pole, 25A Series C breaker secures heavy-duty networks. The F-frame breaker features a unit-mount configuration and includes both line and load lugs. It integrates into switchboards and is replaced by the Power Defense PDG23M0025TFFJ. Rated 65 kAIC at 480VAC, it safely clears severe fault currents. It is also current limiting and reverse feed capable.Specifications

Yes. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse distribution equipment line. The Series C HFD3025L is a direct drop-in replacement for legacy Westinghouse or Cutler-Hammer HFD breakers with the same specifications.
What does the L suffix indicate in the HFD3025L catalog number?
The L suffix signifies that the circuit breaker is supplied with factory-installed line and load lugs.
What is the difference between the HFD3025L and the FD3025L?
The HFD series features a higher interrupting capacity. The HFD3025L is rated for 65kAIC at 480VAC, whereas the standard FD3025L is rated for 35kAIC at 480VAC. Both share the same physical F-Frame dimensions and mounting footprint.
Which panelboards are compatible with this F-Frame breaker?
This unit mount breaker is designed for use in Eaton Series C panelboards, switchboards, and motor control centers. It is not compatible with plug-on or bolt-on load centers like the CH or BR series.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
