Eaton / Cutler-Hammer QC3025H Miniature Circuit Breaker

The QC3025H is a cable-in/cable-out feed-thru breaker. It can be mounted to a standard 35mm DIN rail using an optional adapter clip for each pole, such as the QCDINADAPT, or secured to a base mounting plate like the QC6BP for control panel installations.

The required torque depends on the wire size used. For 14 to 10 AWG wire, torque the terminals to 20 in-lbs. For 8 AWG, use 25 in-lbs. For 6 to 4 AWG, torque to 27 in-lbs. Eaton requires using 60 or 75 degree Celsius rated wire for secure connections.

A QCD breaker is manufactured to be directly mountable to a standard 35mm DIN rail out of the box. A standard QC breaker like the QC3025H requires a separate DIN rail adapter clip, part number QCDINADAPT, for each pole to achieve DIN rail compatibility.
