What is the difference between a BQ and BQC quad breaker?
BQC breakers feature a Circuit Total Limiting (CTL) rejection tab. They can only be installed in panel slots with notched bus stabs designed to accept tandem or quad breakers, preventing the panel from being overloaded beyond its design capacity. Non-CTL BQ breakers lack this tab.
How are the amperages configured on the BQC2302115?
This quad breaker provides two independent 1-pole 15A circuits on the outer positions and one common-trip 2-pole 30A circuit in the center.
