No. This breaker features a plug-on neutral connection and must be installed in an Eaton CH Plug-On Neutral load center. It does not have a pigtail wire for use in legacy panels.
What is the difference between the CHFGFT120PN and the CHFGFT120?
The CHFGFT120PN is a plug-on neutral breaker designed for PON load centers and lacks a neutral pigtail. The CHFGFT120 includes a standard curly pigtail for connection to the neutral bar in traditional CH load centers.
Will this breaker fit in an Eaton BR series panel?
No. Eaton CH series breakers are 3/4-inch wide per pole and feature a distinctive sandalwood color. They are not interchangeable with Eaton BR series breakers, which are 1-inch wide.
How many conductors can be terminated on the load lugs of the CHFGFT120PN?
The box lugs accept either a single 14-8 AWG copper or aluminum conductor, or two 14-10 AWG copper or aluminum conductors.
What level of ground fault protection does this breaker provide?
This is a Class A GFCI breaker designed for personnel protection. It will trip when a ground fault current of 5 milliamps is detected.
Does this breaker require a separate neutral wire connection to the panel bus?
No. The plug-on neutral design connects directly to the neutral bar through the breaker mounting clip, eliminating the need to route and terminate a separate pigtail wire.
Does the CHFGFT120PN include diagnostic trip indicators?
Yes. It features a mechanical trip flag to easily identify a tripped breaker, as well as a diagnostic LED that blinks a specific code to indicate the cause of the trip.
How do I test the ground fault protection after installation?
Once installed and powered, press the test button on the front of the breaker. The breaker should trip immediately, moving the handle to the tripped position and displaying the mechanical trip flag.

I needed these breakers for an install - first time using the company. They said they had them in stock. Took over a week to fulfil the order and it was 11 or 12 days before I had my hands on them. Tough on my business. Then when I went return them they hit me with so many fees that I was gonna net under $30 on a $104 order. It's too bad this was my first experience with them. I'll be sure to tell my electricians and project managers to never use this company. Short sighted. They won the battle but lost the war with a potential great long term client.
