This breaker is designed for use in Eaton Series C Panelboards, Switchboards, and Motor Control Centers that accept F-Frame breakers.
Can the FD3030 be reverse fed?
Yes. Eaton Series C F-Frame circuit breakers, including the FD3030, are suitable for reverse feed applications.
Does the FD3030 come with connection lugs?
Yes, it includes standard load-side lugs that accept 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG copper or aluminum wire. The line side is designed for a bolt-on connection directly to the panel bus.
Can I use the FD3030 to replace an ED3030?
Yes. The FD3030 has a higher voltage capacity (up to 600VAC) and higher interrupting ratings than the ED frame, which is limited to 240VAC. Both breakers share the same physical F-Frame footprint.
What is the difference between the FD3030, HFD3030, and FDC3030?
They share the same 30-amp continuous current rating and Series C F-Frame dimensions but differ in interrupting capacity at 480VAC. The FD3030 is rated at 35kAIC, the HFD3030 at 65kAIC, and the FDC3030 at 100kAIC.
Is the FD3030 suitable for DC applications?
Yes. This breaker is rated for up to 250VDC with a 10kAIC interrupting capacity, making it suitable for direct current industrial control and switching tasks.
Is the FD3030 HACR rated?

Is the FD3030 rated for HID lighting?

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments

The breaker we purchased was as advertised. The breaker fit perfectly. We purchased reconditioned breaker and it seems to be working properly, accordingly to the golf course maintenance team that supervises the irrigation system.
Next day shipping came quickly even though the 4th of July was coming.
I wish it came with new installations hardware but that isn’t a deal breaker.
