Description
Built for industrial environments, the Eaton PDG23M0110TFFL is a 3-pole, 110A molded case circuit breaker. It utilizes a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit to deliver precise long-time and instantaneous (LI) protection. This Frame 2 MCCB mounts into Eaton Power Defense panelboards. It is an ideal replacement for discontinued HFD3110 and EGH3110 breakers, simplifying facility upgrades. Yes. The Power Defense Frame 2 (PDG2) series is Eaton's modern direct replacement for legacy Series C F-Frame and Series G EG-Frame breakers. Note that specific retrofit kits or adapter plates may be necessary to match the exact mounting configuration of older enclosures.
Is the Eaton PDG23M0110TFFL suitable for reverse-feed applications?
Yes. Standard Power Defense Frame 2 thermal-magnetic circuit breakers can be safely reverse-fed, offering increased flexibility when routing power through your panel or switchboard.
Are internal accessories field-installable for this breaker?
Yes. The Power Defense Frame 2 design allows electricians to field-install internal components such as shunt trips, auxiliary switches, bell alarms, and undervoltage releases (UVR) without voiding the breaker's UL certification.
Can the PDG23M0110TFFL be mounted on a DIN rail?
Yes, this panel-mount breaker can be adapted for DIN rail installations. You will need to purchase and install a compatible Power Defense Frame 2 DIN rail adapter, such as Eaton catalog number PDG2XDIN75.
Are line and load lugs included with this breaker?
Yes. This complete breaker comes factory-equipped with standard bolt-on lugs on both the line and load sides, allowing for immediate wire termination.
Does this thermal-magnetic breaker include the Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System (ARMS)?
No. Eaton's Arcflash Reduction Maintenance System is only available on Power Defense breakers equipped with advanced Power Xpert Release (PXR) electronic trip units. This model features a standard fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
