5 answersWhat is the difference between Eaton Quicklag QCF, QCR, and QC circuit breakers?
While all feature a cable-in/cable-out design, they differ in footprint and mounting style. The QCF series is a 1/2-inch wide front-mounted breaker. The QCR series is also 1/2-inch wide but designed for rear DIN rail mounting. The standard QC series is a 1-inch wide panel-mounted breaker.
What are the terminal torque requirements for the QCF1020?
Eaton requires different torque values based on wire size for QCF box lugs. Torque 14-10 AWG wire to 20 in-lbs, 8 AWG wire to 25 in-lbs, and 6-4 AWG wire to 26 in-lbs. Use 60/75 degree Celsius rated copper or aluminum conductors.
How is the QCF1020 breaker secured within an enclosure?
The QCF1020 is designed specifically for front-panel mounting. It includes threaded steel inserts that allow it to be mounted securely through the door or panel face using standard #6-32 machine screws.
Is the QCF1020 suitable for switching fluorescent lights?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
