No, Federal Pacific Electric is no longer in business. The NEF433070 is a legacy molded case circuit breaker, meaning replacements are sourced from existing inventory.
Are legacy Federal Pacific NEF breakers safe to use?
The NEF series is a commercial molded case circuit breaker, distinct from the residential FPE Stab-Lok line that has known safety concerns. However, any legacy breaker should be tested and inspected by a licensed electrician prior to installation to ensure proper trip function.

Superbreakers did a great job for us. We called and asked if the breakers were actually in their possession. Withing 30 minutes they called us back (which is rare these days), and we got our breakers the next morning.
