What wire sizes are supported by the load lugs on the TEYD2100B?
The factory-installed lugs accept 4 to 1/0 AWG copper conductors or 2 to 1/0 AWG aluminum conductors.
What is the difference between the TEYD2100B, TEYH2100B, and TEYL2100B?
All three are 100A, 2-pole breakers that share the same physical footprint for GE A-Series panels. The difference is their interrupting capacity at 480Y/277VAC. The TEYD2100B is rated at 25kAIC, the TEYH2100B at 35kAIC, and the TEYL2100B at 65kAIC.
Will I receive an ABB or GE branded TEYD2100B?
Because ABB acquired GE Industrial Solutions, this breaker may ship with either ABB or GE branding depending on the production date. Both versions are identical in form, fit, and function.
Does the TEYD2100B support DC voltage applications?
Yes, in addition to its AC ratings, this thermal-magnetic breaker is rated for 250VDC systems, providing up to 10kAIC of short-circuit protection.
Are the trip settings on the TEYD2100B adjustable?
No, this breaker features a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit. Both the long-time (overload) and instantaneous (short circuit) trip functions are factory-set and non-adjustable.
Can the TEYD2100B be installed outside of a panelboard?
While primarily designed for bolt-on installation in A-Series panelboards, it can be adapted for unit mount or lug-to-lug applications by using a compatible GE TEY mounting base.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
