Description
Providing specialized circuit protection, the GE TEYF315 is a 3-pole, 15A miniature circuit breaker. It is HID rated for high-intensity discharge lighting circuits in commercial environments. This Q-Line breaker features a bolt-on design that installs into GE A-Series lighting panelboards. The included lugs accept 14-10 AWG wiring. No, the TEYF315 is a bolt-on miniature circuit breaker designed specifically for GE A-Series lighting panelboards. It is not compatible with standard residential GE load centers that require plug-on Q-Line breakers.
Can I use the TEYF315 in a 480V system with a 22kA available fault current?
No. While the TEYF315 is rated for 480Y/277V AC, its interrupting capacity at that voltage is limited to 18kAIC. For a 22kA fault current at 480Y/277V, you must upgrade to a higher-rated breaker like the TEYD315, which offers 25kAIC.
What is the difference between the TEY315 and the TEYF315?
Both are 15A, 3-pole breakers for GE A-Series panelboards, but they have different interrupting ratings at 480Y/277V AC. The standard TEY315 is rated at 14kAIC, while the TEYF315 provides a higher 18kAIC rating.
Do I need to purchase separate lugs for the TEYF315?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
