Description
Part of the legacy HJ series, this 225-amp molded case circuit breaker provides reliable overcurrent protection for commercial and industrial electrical systems. It mounts into Siemens P4 and P5 panelboards or switchboards without requiring aftermarket adapters. As an exact replacement for older installations, it can also be substituted with the newer HJD63B225 frame. This bolt-on breaker is designed for direct installation into Siemens P4 and P5 panelboards, as well as compatible Siemens switchboards, without requiring aftermarket adapters.
Are wire lugs included with the HJ3B225?
No, line and load lugs are not included with this breaker. You must source the appropriate lug kits separately to terminate conductors within the supported 3/0 AWG to 500 kcmil wire range.
Can the HJ3B225 be utilized in DC electrical systems?
Yes, in addition to its AC ratings, this breaker is rated for DC applications up to 500VDC, providing a 30kA interrupting capacity at that voltage.
Can I use the HJ3B225 to replace older ITE breakers?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
