What is the modern replacement for the legacy EE3B070 breaker?
The EE3B070 is a legacy E-frame breaker. For modern panel upgrades or when a direct replacement is unavailable, it is officially superseded by the ED23B070.
Is the EE3B070 rated for direct current systems?
Yes, in addition to its 240VAC rating, this breaker is rated for 250VDC with a 10kA interrupting capacity for use in direct current applications.
What conductor materials and sizes are supported by the load terminals?
The factory-installed load lugs accept 10 AWG through 1/0 AWG wire and are rated for both copper and aluminum conductors.
How does the EE3B070 connect to the line side power source?
As a bolt-on breaker, the line side connects directly to the panelboard bus via bolted connections. It does not use line side lugs.
Are the thermal and magnetic trip settings adjustable on this breaker?
No, the thermal-magnetic trip unit features fixed long-time and instantaneous (LI) trip functions that cannot be field adjusted.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
