Description
The FHL26100 is a 2-pole, 100A molded case circuit breaker from Square D's legacy F-Frame series. Built for industrial applications, it provides reliable long-time and instantaneous (LI) thermal-magnetic protection. This unit-mount breaker features line and load lugs (denoted by the 'L' prefix) for installation into Square D switchboards. It is replaced by the modern HGL26100. Is the FHL26100 still manufactured, or is there a modern replacement?
The FHL26100 is part of the legacy Square D F-frame series. For new installations or upgrades, it is typically replaced by the modern PowerPact H-frame series, such as the HGL26100, which offers similar or higher interrupting ratings.
Does the FHL26100 come with lugs, and what wire sizes do they accept?
Yes, this breaker includes mechanical lugs on both the line and load sides. The lugs accept 14 to 1/0 AWG copper wire or 12 to 1/0 AWG aluminum wire.
Can I adjust the trip settings on the FHL26100?
No. This breaker features a thermal magnetic trip unit with fixed long-time and fixed instantaneous (LI) trip functions. The trip settings are factory-calibrated and cannot be adjusted in the field.
How does the FHL26100 mount into a panel?
This is a unit-mount, feed-thru circuit breaker. It secures directly to the backpan or mounting surface using screws, rather than plugging onto a busbar like I-Line breakers.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
